Arturo Rojas is a singer-songwriter, instrumentalist and producer, born in Lima, Peru- currently living in Toronto, Canada.  Rojas left Peru for New York City at the age of 20, where he lived for 6 years.  With a rich upbringing in South American influences, he embarked on studies in extensive music theory and composition.  It was over these 6 years that he developed the songs on his debut album, “Arturo Rojas”, released on April 14th, 2023 in Toronto.  In 2017, Arturo started the Music Industry, Arts & Performance program at Centennial College in Toronto, from which he graduated with honours.  His single, "Te Diré” (“Let Me Tell You”) was chosen Song of the Week by Toronto Latin radio station Voces Latinas (CHHA 1610 AM).  Rojas original music is distinguished by Latin rhythms, pop/punk melodies, rock guitars and jazz chords.  Arturo has performed live in New York City, Peru and Toronto, at venues such as Tapestry the Free Times Cafe, Grossman’s Tavern, Supermarket, Not My Dog and others.  He continues to grow his following and share his passion for creating music playing, teaching, and recording new songs.
